I’m honored to be one of ten bloggers from different countries taking part in a special collaboration with Givenchy to celebrate the launch of their new fragrance Very Irrésistible Givenchy Electric Rose.
You probably know that Liv Tyler, the face of Very Irrésistible Givenchy for 8 years, is now its voice as well, in a sense. For this campaign she recorded her first song ever, a cover version of INXS’s Need You Tonight which is simply unforgettable, and starred in a music video.
And for me it is the first time my face appears on my own blog! I nearly died of curiosity while waiting for other bloggers’ pictures to be published. Now you can see it on Parfums Givenchy official page on Facebook. Five bloggers featured so far, more to come.

As the red carpet season is in full swing I did a little bit of research to present you with a different perspective on Russian style. I don’t suppose you are in the least bit interested in Russian celebs; the spotlight of this post is on Russian designers that are red carpet worthy.
There are two things you need to know about Russian celebrities. Firstly, there is no such cult as in the U.S. and the dress seen on the most famous of Russian actresses won’t result in any significant increase of sales. In this sense, a mention in Vogue Russia is much more cost-effective. Secondly, I highly doubt all actresses have personal stylists. Otherwise, how would you explain the most unfortunate dress choice sometimes?
The following pictures represent Russian actresses wearing Russian designers’ creations at Moscow International Film Festival, Kinotavr Festival (Sochi, Russia) and Venice Film Festival.
